Our presenter will be Maria Gallucci, author of Raised In Silence. Maria is a CODA (Child of Deaf Adults), lives in Denver, is fluent in ASL and is a real estate agent. She will share what growing up as a CODA taught her about listening, empathy, and truly showing up for people.
Saturday, February 21 - Our February meeting will be virtual on Zoom. There will be no in-person meeting at the Koelbel Library.
Our speaker will be Joe Kraus, Aud. Dr. Kraus is a Doctor of Audiology at Columbine Hearing Care in Littleton and New Leaf Hearing Clinic in Arvada. Living with hearing loss himself, he understands the challenges his patients face and is dedicated to helping individuals of all ages reconnect with the world through better hearing.
